Exchange or return any item is available within 3 days from date of receiving the item.
Items should be in same original packing. Perfumes, powders or any product should be not opened and in the same packing
Send your return item to our address: Al Ain, Shiweib, UAE. The party responsible for paying the shipping fee will be determined after reviewing the reasons for the return.
After receiving the items in good condition refunds can be expected in 5-7 business days. All refunds will be credited to Pinky Gift Card. We will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at same order price. (Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash)
