Exchange or return any item is available within 3 days from date of purchase or receiving order

Returned Items Condition:

Items should be in same original packing. Perfumes, powders or any product should be not opened and in the same packing

How are my refunds credited?

After receiving the items in good condition refunds can be expected in 5-7 business days. All refunds will be credited to E-voucher. We will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at same order price. (Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash)
